This fulfillment model allows us to:

We appreciate your patience as we prepare each order with care.

1. Order Processing

After your order is successfully placed, our fulfillment team begins preparing it for shipment.

Processing Time

• Standard processing: 2–4 business days

• During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Every order undergoes inventory verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging before leaving our warehouse.

2. Shipping Fee

We offer a simple flat-rate shipping service.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the destination country and local carrier operations.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please keep in mind:

• Tracking details may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

• Carrier systems sometimes update tracking information with a slight delay.

• Your package may already be moving even if tracking hasn't updated immediately.

5. Customs & Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures depending on your country's regulations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

• Import duties

• Customs clearance fees

• Local taxes or government charges

METABRYLFI™ is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections or import processing.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

If you need to:

• Update your shipping address

• Correct recipient information

• Cancel your order

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the shipment.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

We want every order to arrive safely.

Damaged Delivery

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the packaging and the affected product. We'll review your case promptly and arrange an appropriate solution, including a replacement when applicable.

Lost Shipment

If the shipping carrier officially confirms that your package has been lost during transit, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
